ROLE DESCRIPTION:

 

As a crucial part of SAP's total solution delivery strategy, SAP Digital Business Services (DBS) focuses on the overall success of customers' SAP solutions. One essential element in SAP's continued success is the services portfolio offered by SAP DBS and its certified partners, whereby consulting, implementation, and optimization services are delivered throughout the entire solution life cycle.

 

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Service & Support Partner to join our team. Reporting to Head of Digital Business Services, you will act as trusted leader for your named customers and focus on securing success of SAP services by orchestrating the whole SAP’s Service Engagement model.

 

To accomplish this, You:

  • Have a clear focus on SAP innovation and differentiation creating an engagement model that allows the customer to quickly realize value..
  • Coordinate all SAP Delivery resources in support of an identified roadmap which is aligned with the customer and drives maximum value
  • Are accountable for the entire customer Service Engagement, account P&L, revenue targets & consumption from all Services sold to the customer.
  • Will align and partner with sales in identifying opportunities for expanding SAP’s footprint (license, subscription and Services) and collaborating to preserve maintenance revenue streams.

 

You possess strong leadership, communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills combined with very strong customer orientation. The successful person in this role works with high level of drive, sound judgment and integrity, and has adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change.

 

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of consulting / program management experience in large scale, international, high risk, and/or strategic projects
  • 3-5 years of supervisory or coaching experience in teambuilding and leading teams
  • International implementation experience
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Management of remote resources (global delivery or distributed organization)
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross functional teams within a formalized methodology
  • Demonstrated experience in managing issues, scope and quality while bring projects to successful completion within the cost and time requirements.
  • Experience from on premise, cloud and/or hybrid projects
  • Strong communication (both written and verbal), decision making, and meeting facilitation skills; ability to utilize a combination of formal authority and persuasion skill sets.
  • Local language and English: Fluent
  • Required undergraduate university degree, preferably in commerce, engineering, information technologies or equivalent training and job experience

 

Desirables

 

P&L of LoB in medium to large organization is desirable

Leading in matrix organization and without formal authority a plus
