Senior Market Development Representative Manager

 

In this business development manager role, you will be responsible for the EMEA team that generates more than half of the net new cloud revenue sold in our segment each year.

 

The Role

 

This role uses data to make smart decisions which help our business achieve and exceed targets. You will need to manage and evolve your team by building new skill sets and developing new ways in which we engage with our customers and exceed sales targets. You will attract and retain top talent at management and individual contributor levels as well as manage multiple KPI’s to understand leading indicators and get ahead of gaps in forecasts.

 

This opportunity sits within the senior leadership team and will help us make decisions beyond the scope of their immediate role whereas their input and insight will have a substantial impact on the direction and outcome of the SMB EMEA business strategy. This role is responsible for managing our EMEA teams (UK, Ireland and France) and will experience massive growth over the coming years as we enter new EMEA markets.

 

Role Requirements

 

We are looking for leaders with excellent people and development skills who have experience in planning and / or evaluating new business development opportunities in new or emerging markets.
