Purpose & Objective


The customer Success Delivery Operations will be:

  • Assisting with staffing and scoping delivery for the SAP Functional Specialists Team 
  • Helping with planning and reporting around growth and delivery needs
  • Driving content curation, creation and collateral for CSM enablement around processes and delivery
  • Plan and execute campaigns to improve appearance and access of Preferred Success exclusive content


Expectations & Tasks


  • Answering queries related to delivery processes and details. 
  • Helping with management of Delivery process and ensure quality and timely responses. 
  • Prepare reporting and collateral related to delivery quality and outcomes.
  • Working with Qualtrics survey data to help with planning and continuous improvement process.
  • Assisting with the creation of multimedia material from video creation and editing through to template creation for customer presentations and reports.

  • Reporting and Data Analysis
  • Presentation and White paper creation
  • Excellent communication and customer service
  • Strong Social media presence
  • Multimedia software such as Camtasia or any other video editing software.
  • Understanding of Business Fundamentals
  • Interest in customer-focused experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Language Requirements:
    • English: Fluent
    • Fluency in additional languages a distinct advantage




1-3 years in customer experience or a customer facing role.




Bachelor or higher university Degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics or Engineering preferred
