WHAT YOU WILL DO

 

We are seeking for a dynamic, motivated, and skilled Data Associate, who will also coordinate our activities at the new SAP Munich Campus in Garching (f/m/d). You will play a central role in our team with the primary objectives to strengthen and to develop the SAP Labs Munich by delivering impactful insights through data and fostering a vibrant community #ONESAPMunich on the new campus.

 

Your position would be multi-dimensional, with two primary responsibilities:

 

  1. Data and Analytics:
    • As a central component of your role, you will establish an SAP Labs Munich data strategy based on a defined data governance and ensuring data quality.
    • Your responsibilities will be performing analytics and statistical modelling to develop an SAP Labs Munich KPI Framework for visualization of trends and patterns.
    • Understand data and analytic needs and develop technical requirements.

 

  1. Campus Coordination:
    • Coordination various employee initiatives to cultivate a lively and inclusive office culture to establish a vibrant office culture.
    • Supervision the roll-out of strategic learning programs, aiming for personal growth and professional development for our SAP Munich employees.
    • Embodying our Credo “Creating Impact Together”
    • As we are part of the Industry-on-Campus-Initiative, together with other companies it will be in your responsibility to coordinate and support activities with other companies on the campus in Garching to ensure joint projects and beneficial collaborations for our SAP Munich employees.

 

You as Data Associate and Campus Coordinator will report directly to the Managing Director of SAP Labs Munich which belongs to the global Labs Network organization within SAP.

 

WHAT YOU BRING

 

  • University degree in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Sociology, Data Science, or a related field
  • Fluency in both written and spoken German and English is a must. 
  • Proven experience in delivering business intelligence insights using analytics and statistical modelling.
  • Experience in coordinating events, programs, or community initiatives is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across varying levels within the organization.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively and efficiently.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a hands-on attitude and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
