About the team: Process Intelligence 

We keep things open, agile, and communicative. Our team members are self-organized within their teams, working on independent projects or closely with Product Leads, developers and UX designers. We value your thoughts and ideas and will give you the freedom to push and implement them! 

Position Overview 

As an Expert Data Scientist in the Process Intelligence area, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing data-driven insights for our customers, enabling them to make the best process decisions. You will work alongside a team of highly experienced Engineers and partner with product and consulting team members to understand the customer’s business problems and landscape in order to derive data solutions.  

You will drive building data pipelines for new and existing data sources, develop machine learning models and collaborate with the front-end teams that implement the relative data visualizations in our product. Through effective storytelling, you will drive data driven discussions between stakeholders and across the department.  

What you will do: 

• Develop Machine Learning models and prototypes for deriving insights and predictions 

• Create narratives aimed at explaining the findings to the non-technical users of our product 

• Use statistical analysis, algorithms, as well as modelling techniques on the process data mined from our customers in order to derive insights and be able to do predictions. 

• Drive feature improvement, resource optimisation and adoption of new initiatives  

• Refine the process of collecting, storing, manipulating data with a focus on data accuracy, consistency and integrity  

• Receive mentorship to grow technically and professionally 

• Follow Agile principles and values 

Would be great if you have: 

• STEM qualification with a strong focus on Statistical analysis, AI and Machine Learning. 

• At least 6 years of Experience as an expert in the data science field to guide a team professionally from a technical perspective

• Enthusiasm for developing and implementing machine learning models in a productive environment 

• Solid programming experience with Python or R 

• Experience with DB design and relational DB 

• Conceptual thinking skills as well as attention to details 

• Hands-on mentality, with a commitment to quality 

• Business fluency in English
