What you'll do

You will be part of the SAP Labs Munich team and work closely with the SAP Labs Munich Customer Engagement Lead and the Experience Center Munich Team being exposed to a variety of topics while you are given the opportunity to shape a best-in-class end-to-end customer experience at SAP Munich customer relevant locations with high impact to our SAP Labs Munich customer strategy pillar.

In your role you will:

• Support customer meetings and events end-to-end
• Set-up and manage a customer engagement end-to-end process (preparation – event day – follow-up & feedback)
• Schedule external and internal visits and events in the Experience Center
• Lead on communication with important stakeholders and partners to clarify planning requirements and expectations for the Experience Center visit
• Support our Storyteller community and Experience Center team with tour preparations, customizations and bring content to live in the Center
• Identify areas for improvement and lead on clearly defined projects

We are looking for candidates who can work with us for at least six months for 20 hours or more/week (in average, of course, this is flexible regarding phases of preparation for exams, semester breaks, etc.)

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Currently enrolled in a university degree program in relevant disciplines such as business administration, marketing, event, project management or related fields of study
• Fluently in both written and spoken German and English 
• Software skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS teams is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage work effectively and efficiently
• You can work independently, are very engaged, and think strategically 
• You are creative, collaborative and customer oriented 
• A team player attitude with a passion for creating impact together
