What you'll do
We are looking for a working student (f/m/d) to support our learning platform taxonomy.
If you have
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Knowledge and/or hands-on experience in massive data management and maintenance,
- The flexibility and motivation to work in a hybrid team setup,
- An agile mindset with the desire to drive innovation daily,
you will have the opportunity to be part of an exciting team and to hone your knowledge and skills around taxonomy, learning experience, innovation, and content curation.
Your tasks will include:
- Extracting and consolidating data from multiple sources
- Analyzing and organizing large datasets in Excel
- Supporting the team in understanding and mapping current and future capabilities
- Backlog preparation support for the SAP core product taxonomy work
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Study field(s) include but are not limited to: Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Analyst, Education, Data Engineering or another related field
- Computer skills: MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint). Strong proficiency in Excel
- Willingness to learn and work within our team
- Language skills: Good-to-excellent proficiency in English (German is optional)
- Basic knowledge of data extraction and management
- Python scripting skills are a plus but not required
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Soft skills: Team player, excellent communication and organization skills, high interest in exploring technology to solve business problems
Meet your team
The Product Management and Design Tooling Experience Team – as part of SAP Learning Systems – works closely together with the development team for the new SAP Learning platform, enriching feature development with an end-to-end view of the learning experience across all formats.
We own the backlog for planning, publishing, and authoring platforms, as well as lifecycle management of content for learning.sap.com, with a focus on driving innovation and value to the users of these platforms.
We work behind the scenes to help enhance platform discovery, content curation & lifecycle management, and portfolio management for the entire learning.sap.com platform.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
