What you'll do

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated student to join our SAP Labs Munich Team in Garching (f/m/d). You will play an essential role in our team, focusing on supporting the coordination of our new SAP Labs Munich Campus to develop and strengthen our SAP Labs Munich community. 

In this role, your mission involves creating and promoting a vibrant and inclusive campus culture that empowers our SAP Munich employees. A crucial part of your role will be to coordinate and support various employee initiatives as well as internal as external event coordination related to our Campus activities. Your responsibilities would include planning, communication, stakeholder management and providing of onsite support during events. This means that you will also assist in internal communication by managing various internal communication channels for SAP Labs Munich as well as to support us in developing an specific event portfolio for the brand-new SAP Labs Munich Campus.   

What you bring

• Currently enrolled Student (f/m/d) at a university 
• Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, communications, media, marketing, social studies, event, design, project management, or others.
• Language skills: fluent in English and German
• Computer skills: very good Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or MS Teams is a plus, no programming required).
• Soft skills: team player, with a hand-on attitude, self-organized, proactive, open, good communication, project management skills; in other words: goal- and result-oriented in working with internal and external partners.
• Others: first (work) experience in Event Management, Communication, Project Management or similar; first work experience in internships or as working student would be a plus

We are in the process to establish the SAP Labs Munich as the leading innovation hub in Commerce, Industry 4.0, Sustainability and New Mobility by leveraging the unprecedented partnership with the Technical University Munich (TUM) and Munich’s unique ecosystem of global players and start-ups forming Europe’s leading technology cluster. The SAP Labs Munich will drive research in partnership with TUM around latest technology trends, enhances SAP´s solution portfolio, collaborates and co-innovates with customers, start-ups, and partners. SAP Labs Munich was recently added to the global SAP Labs Network, and we are going to build a brand-new SAP office location on the TUM campus. We offer the unique chance to be a member of a highly motivated team, who is in charge to ramp-up an innovation hub for SAP. As a cross-functional team we value trust, respect, and diversity and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for creating impact together as one #SAPMunich Team.
