What you'll do


For Technical Operations Management (TOM) unit in Customer Experience Line of Business, we are searching for a working student who can focus on but not limited to customer service and can dedicate the time to work up to 20 hrs/week.

 

Tasks as working student in TOM team include:

  • Support in case handling for CX Customers
  • Support in analyzing customers landscape in line with compliance standards including presentation to the customers
  • Analyze processes to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Help to streamline internal administration and communication via optimization and automation processes
  • Develop and demonstrate written and verbal communication skills maintaining internal documentation
  • Support in organize and host meetings including preparation of meeting material, planning team building events or workshops
  • Work with TOM colleagues and gain insights into the operations
  • Work with colleagues from other departments from all over the world in terms of communication and knowledge creation
  • Occasional work during weekends to support surge events for Customers

 

What you bring

 

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university, or a university of applied sciences looking to gain hands-on experience and apply your academic knowledge in a practical setting. 

Would you like to work in an international team with the opportunity to be innovative and work on complex business solutions? We’re looking for someone who is proactive, well-organized, solutions-oriented, and energized by lifelong learning. 

 

  • Preferred fields of study: Project Management / Business Administration / Business Informatics / Telecommunications / Information Technology
  • Computer skills: Office 365 (especially Teams, Sharepoint, Power Point, Excel, Word)
  • Language skills: fluent in English
  • Communication management or project management experience, with knowledge about the latest IT trends in general
  • Soft skills: Team player, open-minded, detail-oriented, communicative, self-driven, reliable
  • Nice-to-have: knowledge about cloud infrastructure
  • Be able to come to the office location (Garching) at least twice a week

Technical Operation Management team has a customer facing role, assisting cloud customers with their journey from project set up to lasting operations support in cloud infrastructure.
