The Role
Great SaaS products need excellent product management. This means overseeing the development of new products from concept to commercial release. Meeting customers and partners, analyzing the market and competitors, investigating new technology, and working closely with development teams to specify new features are some ways our product managers keep busy. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Gliwice office. In this role, you will lead the product vision in various areas for a new Loyalty product that we are building, working closely with the CX Loyalty VP of Product, other members of the product team, UX, and Engineering to develop a multi-year product strategy and roadmap.
Responsibilities

Own your product area end to end and be responsible for meeting its business KPIs

Deliver the vision from concept to adoption, including requirements with prioritized features, corresponding justification, and success metrics.

Collaborate with engineering teams to scope, prioritize, and drive feature specifications.

Become an expert in all product aspects (flows, use cases, features, market)

Perform customer and market research industry analysis to assess market need, size of opportunity, and competitive landscape.

Collaborate with sales and product marketing on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

Serve as the internal and external product evangelist, building relationships with prospects, customers, industry experts, and other SAP colleagues.

Put yourself in the customer’s shoes - through research and direct customer contact to represent the needs of our customers in our product development process.
Requirements
-
5+ years experience as a leading product manager building B2B SaaS products
-
Ability to work with a team of capable individuals and help them grow

Demonstrated track record launching multiple successful products and features in several B2B companies

Natural leader - experienced in driving collaboration across multiple disciplines - product, UX, engineering, marketing, operations, support, and sales

Superpower in breaking down problems into pieces and focusing on the most critical parts

Innovative, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and experience in a growth-oriented environment

Understand business KPIs and build a strategy to target it

Superb English speaking and writing skills

BA/BS Computer Science or related technical degree. MBA – Advantage

CRM/Loyalty processes familiarity preferred
