This is a SAP global, strategic, paid internship placement that provides students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.

 

ABOUT THE TEAM
We are the CX Demo Build Team within the Solution and Innovation Experience Organization, a global and diverse team dedicated to creating exceptional customer experiences. We create end-to-end demos for SAP solutions, enhancing customer and partner engagement across offline, online, experience centers, and trial use cases.
Specialized in Customer Experience (CX), we help customers deliver consistent, contextual experiences across all channels and devices. We bridge the gap between the back office and the front office, connecting demand to the supply chain.
Our international team collaborates virtually to build demos, co-create with partners, and drive innovation. We are actively involved in Experience Centers, providing interactive experiences for customers. We support field teams in showcasing SAP solutions globally with high-quality live demos, demo scripts, videos, and documentation.

THE ROLE
Join our dynamic and international team, collaborating closely with various stakeholders to bring products to life. In this role, you will be instrumental in building content along SAP SIX Experience Journeys, with a strong emphasis on quality, validation, and testing.


Responsibilities include:
•    Content Development: Building content along SAP SIX Exp Journeys, focusing on quality, validation, and testing.
•    Content Creation: Develop video assets and visuals for demo assets and communications.
•    Presentation Design: Create and design presentations and working materials.
•    Scalable Content: Support pieces of content that can be brought together, scaled, and reused for various purposes.
•    Collaboration: Work closely with the Program Management Office (PMO) to streamline activities.
•    Documentation Development: Collaborate with Demo Engineers to develop demo documentation.
•    Quality Assurance: Test demo environments and provide feedback to ensure high-quality solutions.
•    Internal Communication: Design and maintain internal collaboration channels like SAP Workzone and MS Teams.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

You are a currently enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences with a focus on:
•    Preferred Fields of Study: Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communication, Design, Information Technology.
•    Language: Fluent in English (C1) and Polish (C1).
•    Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).  Familiarity with Photoshop and video editing tools, familiarity with Figma, and basic HTML coding are a plus but not required.
•    Learning Ability: Willingness and ability to quickly learn and master new technologies.
•    Creativity & Attention to Detail: Think creatively and ensure the quality and accuracy of the content produced.
•    Strategic Thinking & Communication: Ability to think strategically and contribute to innovative solutions; strong written and verbal communication skills.
•    Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate effectively in virtual teams.
•    Soft Skills: Enthusiastic, open-minded, result-oriented, communicative, self-driven, reliable, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
•    Availability: At least two semesters, at least 20 hours per week. Availability to come to the Gliwice office at least 1 day per week.
