This is a SAP global, strategic, paid internship placement that provides students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.

 

Role Description
Local HR Services provides services where unique country support is required while we continue to deliver consistent and standardized services aligned with global initiatives. By combining local labour knowledge and deep process understanding, we are supporting an efficient and compliant HR service delivery. 
Local HR Services is responsible to resolve employee requests, consult employees, and carry out operational HR administration across whole employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding. Local HR Services Intern cooperates closely with all other teams within HR. 

 

Key Responsibilities
•    Support the Onboarding process
•    Support administrative processes
•    Prepare reports for Payroll
•    Check correctness of different employment documents
•    Maintain employee files and archive documents
•    Support other ad hoc activities 


Education and qualifications / Skills and competencies
•    Student in university, business administration or HR-oriented field preferably

•    Customer-oriented
•    Ability to work with confidential information 
•    Attention to detail, good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a self-driven attitude
•    Professional communication skills. Fluency in written and verbal Polish and English.
•    Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).


Work experience

  • Experience in administration is an advantage
  • Customer-oriented environment experience is an advantage

 

Contract information

  • Part-time or full-time employment 
  • 6-month contract with the possibility of extension
