What you'll do:
We are currently seeking to appoint a Regional Marketing Automation Associate to work in tandem with the Marketing Operations and Technology teams to produce high quality, innovative campaigns.
This person will be the central contact into Marketing Operations, partnering to execute and optimize business process while playing an essential role in our fast-growing and dynamic team. The Marketing Automation Specialist will help to support online acquisition growth plans, while being a key player in development, testing and leading automation initiatives while also training marketers to execute campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Marketing Leadership to understand goals, align on business processes, and execute high-quality campaigns to the region
- Manage and prioritize incoming tickets and project requests into Wrike
- Own all connections to Marketo for the marketing tech-stack from evaluation and strategy to implementation (expert level knowledge on SalesForce, ON24, LeanData)
- Database Management & Data Governance to define database structure and logic, list import standardization, data cleansing, and categorization and segmentation of contacts
What you bring
Mandatory skills:
- Minimum 1+ years’ experience with Marketing Automation software (strongly preferred, Marketo Certified Expert)
- Experience with CRM software (preferred, Salesforce)
- Analytical and detail orientated with a proactive personality
- Strong understanding of email deliverability and compliance (high understanding of global spam and privacy laws and regulations)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent project management and ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with HTML
- English fluency
Desirable skills:
- Knowledge of digital marketing (data capture, and campaign analysis)
- Experience in a B2B / SaaS marketing role
- Experience working in fast paced, global teams
