Working as a peer in a team with a program managers, the ideal candidate will apply

entrepreneurial spirit to evaluate technical possibilities and effective operations processes to help customers integrate their cloud based SaaS or micro-service driven solutions.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Go technically ahead with an SAP Hybris team to analyze problems in micro-services based SaaS applications.
  • Be part of a global team in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
  • Decide and negotiate technical possibilities for triage, analyze and monitor a cloud based and
    micro-services driven solution.
  • Be a proactive technical „engine“ influencing your colleges with innovative and creative ideas.
  • Be an active member in our self-empowered team and mentoring younger colleagues.

     

    Your Qualifications 

  • Bachelor degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent, or be a recognized expert in the field.
  • Strong interest in reactive & functional programming.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing technologies, frameworks, etc.
  • Ability to analyze  and explain technical problems and understand business requirements.
  • Ability and willingness to work as part of a self-organizing team.
  • Be open-minded to new cloud oriented technologies such as Docker, AWS, CloudFoundry...
  • High technical experience with Java based applications, ideally in a cloud environment.
  • Good knowledge of other JVM related languages and frameworks (Scala, Groovy, Java EE, Spring etc.) preferred.
  • Experience in testing functional requirements.
  • Experience in monitoring cloud applications.
  • Knowledge about Support processes, ideally with an ITIL background is a bonus.
  • Basic understanding of security and compliance regulations for cloud based applications is a bonus.
  • Good communication skills, fluent English
