What you'll do

International Trade Control (in SAP IES) is looking for a Technology Consultant to drive the innovations and advancements for SAP's Trade Control domain. You will be working alongside our Product Owner, with our Process Experts and Architects, and fellow Process Experts on topics across:

• Perform the functional and technical breakdown of project or user story requirements and document the results in a Solution Design Document.
• Provide technical coordination for the realization of business requirements, ensuring all aspects of the project are aligned and moving forward effectively.
• Drive the selection of technology, ensuring the most appropriate and efficient solutions are utilized for each delivery.
• Establish and manage the archiving setup in our solutions, ensuring data is stored securely and can be accessed efficiently.
• Coordinate our support partners and manage their work request coordination, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly and effectively and all tasks are assigned and completed in a timely manner, especially during our financial closing cycles.
• Monitor our systems to identify any issues and ensure optimal performance.

What you bring

• Proficiency in ABAP and SAP HANA 2.0x.
• Expertise in UI5, CDS and the BTP platform with an understanding of creating interactive user interfaces and managing cloud-based applications.
• Skilled in authorization-role creation and integration with Access Risk Management (ARM).
• Experience with SARA Archiving enhancements.
• Experience in the area of SAP Global Trade Services and/or Business Partner Screening in SAP Business Integrity Screening a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to continuously improve quality, through efficient problem-solving, process improvements, and implementation of best practices.
• Motivated self-starter who constantly challenges oneself to learn new skills and improve existing ones. Strong desire to develop into new topics, exhibit
