What you'll do

 

  • assist the Leadership team of the Operations & Virtual Customer Success Team at SAP Signavio in day-to-day business
  • support the Global Customer Success Team on long-term strategies to improve customer impact and processes
  • manage your own projects to assist the global team
  • create, prepare and analyze reports on team metrics in CRM software
  • work on Customer Success assets, e. g. workshops, webcasts & guidelines to provide a better success play to our customers
  • support essential processes like Sales to Success Handover
  • learn a lot about how to scale Customer Success and have fun in a great and diverse team

 

You can mainly work from Berlin or Munich, with full remote work possible within Germany.

What you bring

 

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences, preferably in the first semester of a Master studies
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Innovation and Digital business and Management
  • Computer skills: very good knowledge in Microsoft Office products
  • Language skills: fluent in German and English
  • Soft skills: taking initiative, team player, expert in organizing, creative, staying curious, perseveres, like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning
  • Others: first experiences in customer facing areas and roles ideally in post-sales, sophisticated business sense and understanding of underlying drivers/strategy of customers business, Project management skills

 

Meet your team

 

Driving adoption and extension of our software with our customers at scale. Our global Team consists of the Virtual Customer Success team, an Operations Team as well as Community and Program Management.

 

The virtual Customer Success team plays a crucial role in driving adoption and retention for an increasing SAP Signavio customer base. It covers the post-sales journey of every digital-led SAP Signavio customer globally. This includes a pooled CS model, offering 1-to-many sessions as well as the creation of scalable content to support customers at moments that matter by delivering smart self-help assets for value realization.

 

The Operations team is continuously expanding our data-based approach and is responsible for managing customer data. The Program Management works globally with all teams to ensure transformation and standardization of our ways of working as well as the collaboration with all other departments. The Community team is in charge of our Customer Community Platform.

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
