This position requires access to customer data. Must be a U.S. citizen; SAP NS2 does not offer Visa sponsorships for this role. Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance. All internals must have manager’s approval to transfer.
What you'll do:
As an Enterprise Architect (EA), you will be responsible for aligning business strategy with technology solutions, supporting the success of customer enterprise initiatives. You will work closely with the sales team, E-CSM, and services team to build and evolve the CIO's vision based on scope. Additionally, you will act as a trusted advisor to CIOs and IT leaders, focusing on the business impacts of Enterprise Architecture.
- Bridge the gap between business strategy and technology enablers
- Orchestrates the development of a single holistic enterprise architecture model with respect to Cloud adoption and consumption for the entire organization from a business, applications, data, and technology perspective, closely aligned with the customer's business strategy and operating model in accordance with SAP’s Reference Architectures
- The Enterprise Architect orchestrates across all architecture domains making sure that the strategic direction is followed and all areas seamlessly interface with each other. They are accountable for the overall architecture design.
- With their generalist approach, Enterprise Architects lead, influence, and guide the customer and the involved architect teams towards defined out comes and goals.
- The Enterprise Architect manages complexity throughout the architecture design and execution with the goal of driving the architecture from design to production to consumption and value realization
- An architecture practice is a virtual or line management organization accountable for architecture decisions and guidance. The Enterprise Architect manages the architecture practice setup for the customer.
- Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs and IT leaders to realize their vision and drive AI/Innovation adoption
What you bring:
- 10+ years of experience IT architect or Enterprise Architect
- Work in large IT departments, consulting firm, or leading software vendors as Enterprise Architects
- Experience in large-scale solution implementations or software product development (preferably SAP)
- TOGAF and IEA-10/SAP EAF Framework certified.
- Business acumen, with an understanding of business principles, industry trends, and market dynamics
- Strong relationship-building skills, able to nurture relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Effective negotiation skills, able to find mutually beneficial solutions and manage conflicts
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, able to articulate the value proposition of Clean Core and SAP’s reference architecture
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills

As an Enterprise Architect (EA), you will collaborate with the broader account team to achieve common goals and KPIs. You will also coordinate pools of SAP's experts to provide in-depth insights and desired outcomes. Additionally, you will engage with the EA community within SAP, sharing knowledge, best practices, and customer stories to contribute to the development of a broad community of EAs.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 184000 - 390200(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
