PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
As HR Director you will be the HR representative in Vietnam, having active partnership with the local and regional Senior Management, to consult on people-related topics and your leadership will be essential to strengthen our inclusive and respectful culture in the country while delivering amazing people experiences.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- You will be Member of Vietnam Executive Leadership Team
- Represent the voice of HR in the Vietnam and act as Head of People in the country
- Apply sophisticated understanding and hands-on expertise in local labour regulations to manage escalations and oversee HR governance in the country, ensuring all legal and compliance matters are addressed
- Delivering outstanding and innovative people experiences by demonstrating empathy and emotional intelligence, including:
- Embrace Global People Strategy and localize to Vietnam
- Brand SAP as most attractive employer in Vietnam through employee value proposition.
- Foster an environment of belonging and inclusion
- Importance of leadership and employee engagement for a hybrid workforce
- Link between social well-being, mental health and business priorities
- Secure & develop SAP Culture and Values
- Bring together employee networks groups in order to maintain a permanent connection with employees and to understand their current needs and overall mood
- Act as interface for Global HR Practice Areas, key stakeholders like local communications team, facilities and security
YOUR PROFILEs
- Relevant multi-year working experience
- Leading by influencing and negotiation skills
- Outstanding communication and moderation skills, feels comfortable being on stage for internal and external audience (e.g. setting up Employee Meetings, Mass Communication, Press)
- Ability to sense the sentiment of employees in Country / Regions
- Passion and talent for Social Media as well as understanding of using it as additional communication and engagement channel for employees
- Enjoys being approached by employees, collects feedback directly and feels motivated by direct appreciation / critic
- Loves and is passionate all above mentioned Expectations & Tasks
- Loves Human Experience Management
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
