About SAP Labs Network And SAP Labs Vietnam

SAP Labs Vietnam aims to become one of the key locations within the SAP Labs Network to support the engineering growth for SAP.
What you’ll build
- Support the SAP GS2 Regional Manager by engaging internal stakeholders across different business functions (sales, legal, data protection, physical security among others) to ensure the protection of SAP’s business in Vietnam for matters relating to national and public security, security supply chains and highly regulated industries
- Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts with security representatives from SAP’s customer base, authorities, and industry peers across Vietnam
- Represent SAP in programmes and initiatives relating to national and public security promulgated through government and industry bodies
- Establish and maintain effective internal protocols and procedures to manage obligations for Vietnam’s national and industrial security requirements. This includes but are not limited to Classified Information Management, Critical Infrastructure Protection, and Telecommunications Compliance.
- Facilitate security clearances and requests for bilateral or multilateral visits
- Support SAP sales strategies and Deal Approval Risk Assessments under the guidance of the SAP GS2 Regional Manager
What you bring:
- Demonstrated experience in managing or being part of a security function in Government ministries/agencies, regulated industries or companies operating in a national security setting
- Attainment of academic, or professional qualifications in relevant disciplines including, but not limited to, Information Assurance, Information Security, Cyber Security or Risk Management
- Experience in document safeguarding (audit and accountability), and information assurance as defined in related Vietnamese Government legislation and policies
- This position will require a Vietnamese citizen willing to undergo background and security checks should there be a business need to attain and maintain a personal government security clearance.
- Willing to travel within the APAC region and to Germany
- Knowledge of the following topics are desirable:

- Controlled goods/information registration regulations such as ITAR/EAR
- Physical and site security requirements as defined in relevant Vietnamese Government security policies and certifications
- High level understanding of cloud security measures for Public/Private Cloud, Information Security and Cyber Security
