What you'll do :

 

The focus of this role is in support of the quality of our enablement assets.  SAP has quality review guidelines for externally facing content. The position will work with key stakeholders to ensure enablement assets and activities are ready. 

 

We are seeking an intern to support our digital learning strategy and programs for our solution areas.
Our focus is to establish a strong collaboration model between cross-functional SAP Teams, that allows us to achieve a partner inclusive digital learning strategy that will steer the business and ensure scalability on:

  • Improve digital learning experience through optimized Learning Journeys
  • Enhance partner engagement through improved Partner Portal pages 
  • Establish a seamless partner inclusive collaboration model for digital learning 

 

Our team will execute based on three core principles:

  • UPDATE - Ensure the latest digital learning materials are shared 
  • OPTIMIZE - Streamline and harmonize Learning Journeys and Partner Portal pages
  • REUSE - Leverage best in class content for speed & scale

 

Additionally, as we transform our learning content to a new platform, this role may engage in support of the transition of that content to new templates to modularize and enhance the content.  This part of the workstream would work closely with the Content Lead assigned to the solution area to align on strategy and specific tasks for the work effort.

 

Training will be provided for the role including enablement on our tools, templates, quality/compliance guidelines etc.

  • Results oriented – able to prioritize, problem solve, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High level of problem-solving, organization and time management skills 
  • High degree of personal initiative and ability to work in an evolving environment and balance the needs of various stakeholders.
  • Tolerance for rapid change; ambiguity; flexibility and steady temperament. Ability to prioritize according to changing business priorities.  Must thrive in a fast paced and challenging environment.
  • Outstanding interpersonal/diplomatic tact, collaboration, listening, and process facilitation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Languages : french and english, fluent level.
  • Ability to build consensus, create momentum, and work well cross-functionally with other departments and varying levels of management


Meet your team :

 

This internship will take place in the international Partner Solution Enablement teal, within the Solution Innovation Experience organization. Our strategy is to sell and deliver with and through our partners to achieve our 2025 business goals at SAP. A key aspect to achieve this goal is partner enablement – including a strong foundation of digital learning with best in class, consumable learning assets. 

 

Duration: 6 months
Start date: As soon as possible
In accordance with the French legislation, for any duration over 2 months, this internship is paid in line with the SAP gratification grid.
