YOUR FUTURE ROLE      
We are looking for Sovereign Alliances a SS&D Sovereign Program Governance Bleu/France (f/m/d) to join our global team. This position is part of the new Sovereign Alliances unit within the Sovereign Services & Delivery (SS&D) organization that combines all Sovereign Cloud deliveries at SAP.    

 

Your responsibilities include:  

  • Build up and manage a Sovereign Program Governance model encompassing all workstreams and interaction streams affecting SAP’s sovereign business ensuring efficiency and accountability
  • Lead and oversee the End-to-End Program lifecycle for Bleu including planning, execution and delivery, while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines and regulatory requirements
  • Produce consolidated and aligned reports on Sovereign Program Governance for the Global Head of SS&D and Head of Sovereign Alliances tailored for board-level decision making
  • Develop and nurture multi-level stakeholder relationships both within SAP and externally (e.g. CapGemini, Orange, Microsoft and regulatory bodies like ANSSI) ensuring streamlined communication and minimizing the need for Executive Board and Executive Management involvement
  • Identify and analyze emerging trends across existing workstreams and interactions related to SAP’s sovereign business in France with a particular focus on the Bleu infrastructure provider
  • Channel intake of new topics arising out of emerging trends through the Sovereign Program Governance model ensuring they align with strategic goals
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams (sales, marketing and operations) to ensure seamless integration and the on-time delivery of key milestones (e.g. SecNum qualification, infrastructure readiness)
  • Support unified messaging by assisting the Global Head of SS&D and Head of Sovereign Alliances in maintaining consistent communication for SAP’s Sovereign Services & Delivery strategy in France
  • Monitor and manage risks proactively, identifying potential challenges and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure program success
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance program processes and governance models

 

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • 12+ years of professional experience, with extensive experience in customer facing program and/or strategic project management preferably in IT industry
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies particularly IaaS, PaaS and SaaS models as well as familiarity with Hyperscaler services
  • Experience in security, data security or national security related fields and ability to analyze complex regulatory government security environments and their impact on SAP
  • Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks including certifications like SecNum Cloud or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and liaison skills, demonstrated through roles in strategic change management, stakeholder engagement, and/or conducting workshops for high profile clients
  • French language skills on native speaker level and English language skills on advanced business professional level
