SAP Technology & Innovation (T&I) is responsible for SAP’s overall platform and technology development at SAP. In addition, T&I drives the incubation and adoption of intelligent technologies to make process automation easy across SAP’s product portfolio. With the market convergence of RPA, workflow management, process analytics and collaboration solutions, hyperautomation is one of SAP’s most strategic areas of investment.

Our multi-disciplinary team of UX Designers, Product Managers, Product Owners, Developers and Go-To-Market people is located in Germany, France and India and exemplifies a start-up like, innovative and creative work environment. Together, we are creating SAP’s next generation Intelligent Robotic Process Automation, from a holistic understanding of market, customer, and user needs. In this domain, you will be part of our agile UX design team for SAP Intelligent RPA.



  • Support the UX team in all tasks of the UX pipeline, like creating wireframes, hi-fi mockups, validating designs with end-users etc.
  • Drive selected projects in a self-dependent manner.
  • Prepare, conduct & evaluate user research activities where appropriate.
  • Actively participate in regular test sessions to identify design deviations and ensure product quality.



  • You are currently an enrolled student (w/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences, studying preferably in the fields: Communication Design, Media Design, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or a related field.
  • You have gathered first experience in the field of User Experience Design, e. g. at a company or during a university project.
  • You have at least basic skills in the following software: Figma/Sketch or Adobe XD, Photoshop/Illustrator,MS Office Suite.
  • You possess good written and verbal communications skills in English and French.   
  • You are a strong team player, yet able to work independently.
  • You feel comfortable giving and receiving feedback, e. g. when sharing intermediate work results.
  • You contribute to an open-minded and creative atmosphere based on transparency, constructive feedback, mutual respect and integrity internally and externally.


Your set of application documents should be in English contain a cover letter, a CV in table form, work examples, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).

Your work examples should exemplify your previous projects and showcase your approach to UX. These doesn’t have to be polished and can also contain hand-scribbles etc. as well. The focus is on understanding your approach to UX design along the life cycle and how this manifests into your work.
