ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Practica PreProfesional
Support Reference Managers for Mexico and Latin America North Region to plan and execute a mix of operations including customer reference recruitment, associated content development and regional reference meetings to accelerate on going business opportunities by appropriately leveraging clients as official references based on their position in the lifecycle model (cross solutions and industries).

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

  • Support LAC Reference Managers on processes impacting SAP goals
  • Proactively search and update sources of potencial new successful customers ready to share their success story with SAP Solutions and services. 
  • Support the recruitment process of new customer references and ensuring data, timing and processes are met as expected.
  • Ensure customer documentation of success stories managing approval request and tracing feedback from all parties involved.
  • Support customer’s sessions logistics as: registration, ensuring connection of participants and any related. 
  • Proactive update on Customer References data, making sure expected quality is met in proper times. 
  • Eager and proficient use of data reporting tools for analytic insights on customer references proceses and information. 
  • Teamwork with colleagues in stakeholder organizations (marketing, regional and global reference teams, etc) to evaluate, communicate, replicate and develop best practices to improve references processes.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Current University student to graduate in 2023 onwards
  • Fluent in English
  • Teamworking and interpersonal approach
  • Organization and process-oriented skills
  • Outstanding experience on data management and presentation tools 
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Outstanding Oral and Written communication focus
  • Commitment to the success of customers, partners, colleagues, and SAP
  • Ability to create and provide best practices recommendations
