ROLE DESCRIPTION
Inside Marketing is a core factor in the SAP lead management supply chain with a mandate in the region (LAC) to support SAP volume and value campaigns end-to-end. We are responsible for supporting local marketing units with external tele vendors specialized in demand generation.
The intern will be responsible for:

  • Supporting other Inside Marketing colleagues in the region with reports and data analysis,
  • Distributing leads generated by our vendor to the correspondent SAP B1 partner in LAC,
  • Using social media to find out SAP prospects for our vendor to generate leads.

Working in our team, this Intern will develop a deep understanding in sales prospections in the B2B environment, mainly through social selling. He will also develop his abilities to provide and analyze information in CRM, together with a deep knowledge about big tech corporation sales channels.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Prepare periodic reports on screening and tracking
  • Interact with prospects and do social listening in social media, specially Twitter and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Use CRM in the day-to-day
  • Interact with SAP Partners to distribute leads and get an approval response from them

WORK EXPERIENCE
No experience required, but some experience in previous jobs preferred.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education – Preference for Industrial Engineering or Administration careers, with some Marketing know-how
  • Needs to finish his career end of 2020
  • Fluent English and intermediate Portuguese
  • Critical to good communication capabilities and be proficient in interpersonal relationships to managerial level as well as being very methodical and organized. Must be proactive, committed and able to work by yourself most of the time
