The SAP Digital Business Services (DBS) organization helps customers to solve and reduce complexity by integrating SAP’s innovations faster and simpler. As a trusted partner, we provide high value support and services to help customer’s digital transformation of their business and simplify the end-to-end solution landscape. Senior leadership position accountable for successful service business of all services (consulting, education, custom development, support and cloud delivery) to all customers in the Norwegian market.

Partnering with DBS Nordic, Regional and Global organization and the Services- and Software Sales and Presales organization to drive license and subscription revenues and renewals. Responsible for Service P&L in the Norway and for safeguarding of the maintenance revenue. Drive transformation to new operating models, including external positioning, organizational set-up and processes.

The Head of SAP DBS Norway has the purpose of managing the key- and strategic SAP customer engagements in the Market Unit. The team key offerings are to support the complex end-to-end processes, management of complex strategic programs/projects, supporting the customers by providing program management and expertise on demand. The role has a solid reporting line to the Head of SAP DBS Nordic.


Functional Experience

  • Experience managing a complex portfolio of Services
  • 5 – 10 years of management experience in large scale, high risk, or strategic projects/program.
  • Knowledge of SAP software portfolio
  • Knowledge of SAP DBS portfolio
  • Sound knowledge of the SAP Norwegian market and competition
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong skills in developing and engage on customer C-level
  • Experience in ensuring customer success and reference-ability
  • Experience in being responsible for full P&L and profitability targets.
  • Experience in working in and managing a partner eco-system


Management and Leadership Experience

  • Strong leadership, teambuilding, people- and stakeholder management skills and competencies
  • Experience in leading in matrix organization
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross functional teams within a formalized methodology.
  • Ability to lead business transformation and change
