About the role:


As a Client Success Creative Content Editor, you will be responsible for developing and creating engaging and on-brand assets to assist in revenue growth, retention, and relationship health. Being part of Client Success means you will have a unique opportunity to join the client on their SAP Concur journey. The goal is to ensure clients feel supported and achieve their desired outcomes by offering industry insights and best practices. This is a dynamic role where you will identify and hone your unique talents.

As a Client Success Creative Content Editor, you will look forward to the following:

  • Developing strong relationships with cross-functional partners using virtual meetings
  • Serving our clients and internal stakeholders through design for presentations, graphics, and print production of assets
  • Being energized by a fast-paced entrepreneurial and collaborative environment
  • Working in partnership across our team and with our cross-functional partners to ensure all projects are consistent with branding standards
  • Contributing to process development and organizational growth projects
