Job Overview


As a Service Assistant Coach for SAP Concur, your primary responsibilities include training customers, providing best practice recommendations, configuration assistance, and support to a portfolio of customers. Establishing a trusting relationship with customers, offering guidance and solutions to their requests to ensure overall satisfaction with Concur products and services is essential. As a functional and technical expert, you'll handle various discussions with customers, from product capabilities to support tickets, and ensure customer configurations are managed and maintained.


Service Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Develop your knowledge of your client’s business requirements to best configure the system and meet client expectations.
  • Assist in identifying usage gaps to increase adoption levels.
  • Perform configuration changes as requested by the customer.
  • Facilitate manual and automated data imports and exports.
  • Make yourself consistently available to assist with customer requests, coordinating communication with clients and Concur technical resources.
  • Act as an escalation point, engaging the appropriate internal teams to handle complex issues.



  • BA/BS or equivalent experience is desired.
  • Previous experience implementing software and/or hosted software applications is preferred.
  • Experience with Concur software solutions is required.
  • Experience working with Travel Management and/or online booking tools is highly desirable.
  • Management consulting or Project Management experience is a plus.
  • Spanish or second language fluency is a benefit.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must pass a background check.
