PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

We are currently looking to hire associate-level graduates to join the HR Early Talent Program at key hubs around the world. This one-year graduate training program includes rotations through different HR units within our Global Service Delivery organization, including one international rotation. It also provides training, a learning curriculum, coaching, and mentoring by senior HR personnel.

After your successful completion of the program, you will be offered a job in the HR Global Service Delivery organization matching your skills and interests and where you can add significant value to SAP’s business. Join us!

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

You will be expected to be flexible to work from Day 1 in functional roles during 3 rotations in 3 different HR functions within Global Service Delivery. 

You will be expected to learn the basics required to become a generalist in HR so that you are flexible and have the agility to move into new roles when required.
 

Your tasks will vary depending on the different HR function you are rotating in, for example Local Services, HRdirect, HR Operations Cloud Services, or Recruitment Operations. For the international rotation, we will send you to either India, China or Latin America.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • A first-class Bachelor’s  degree in a technical discipline with proven interest in Human Resources-related topics
  • Show passion for HR and be planning a career in HR
  • Excellent communications skills in English
  • Fluency in any of the following languages: Chinese (Mandarin), Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese would be an advantage
  • Willingness to work on the night shift to serve our American Market
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate creative and innovative thinking
  • Able to build trustful relationships and networks
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity
  • Customer-service oriented
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency, initiative and “can do/take charge/self-starter” attitude
  • Demonstrate a professional demeanor and ability to maintain highest level of discretion and confidentiality

     

    WORK EXPERIENCE

    Ideally, prior HR experience of working as an intern or working student at SAP. Not more than 2 years of professional experience, also outside of SAP.
