Purpose & Objective of Position

Support the Product Innovations GTM team in their charter to drive innovation for SAP SuccessFactors by building and orchestrating a consistent path to market for new solutions coming from acquisitions, new partnerships, and internal groups.

Have the opportunity to gain hands experience across multiple aspects of the SuccessFactors line of business on unique topics such as well-being, employee experience, and partner innovations.

Expectations & Tasks

Intern will be responsible for managing ongoing special projects such as pipeline and revenue tracking, managing internal stakeholder communications, supporting Thrive Global Partnership activities and more for the different topics falling under the Product Innovation GTM team.

In addition, he or she will be responsible for project management of shorter-term assignments that support all aspects of the GTM team (e.g. Solution Marketing, HCM Research, Sales Operations, Business Development, Field and Partner Enablement, Events, etc.).

  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and who is eager to learn
  • Possess a strong desire to work in a dynamic, fast paced organization
  • Soft Skills: high motivation, proactive worker, strong project execution, strong communication and writing skills
  • Additional: teamwork, ability to work in a virtual team spanning across multiple time zones
  • Computer Skills: strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English written and spoken

Educational Requirements / Qualifications

  • Recent Bachelor's or Master’s degree graduate (within 6 months), business background preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated leadership and proven record of success in (extra) curricular activities
