Purpose and Objective:  
SAP International, Inc. seeks a Project Expert - Sales at our Miami, FL location to participate, oversee and execute strategic initiatives, transformational programs and projects for the Sales Support organization to ensure high-performance, quality and standards aligned to the regional priorities and strategy.


Expectations and Tasks: 
Ensures that goals and milestones are met and approved budgets are managed appropriately. Ensures business critical and innovative results. Manages escalation appropriately. Builds strategic partnerships with key decision makers. Formulates clear plans including milestones, timeline and workstreams. Communicates messages in a timely manner and with constructive feedback to engagement stakeholders. Captures opinions and expectations of executives and stakeholder. Support Go-to-Market planning, strategic engagements, organizational setups, design goal and performance frameworks, monitor goal and performance, develop analytics and insights for management of sales support teams, design compensation frameworks for the knowledge organization supporting sales teams. Liaise with Finance, Controlling, HR, Marketing, Business Operations and Sales leadership in the execution of the initiatives and programs.


Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies: 
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, or a related field of study and 7 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation. The Company will also accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, or a related field of study and 5 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. 


Work Experience: 
Experience must involve 3 years in the following:
•    Strategic Program, Initiative and Project Management skills for lifecycle of engagements for sales support in cloud and software industry;
•    Sales supply chain and related processes of sales support in cloud and software industry, including Go-to-Market Planning, Demand Generation, Deal Qualification, Deal Maturation and Execution methodologies;
•    Design and implementation of processes, tools and analytics and performance management frameworks (including goal setting and monitoring, target planning and allocation) for sales support in cloud and software industry;
•    Learning and enablement planning, budgeting and execution, based on skill inventory management of sales support in cloud and software industry; and
•    Solutions used in sales supply chain of cloud and software industry, including SAP S/4HANA for staffing of supporting resources, management of internal order and reporting; SAP CRM solutions for account, territory and opportunity management, quoting and reporting; SAP Business Technology Platform for analytics and insights; and SAP Integrated Business Planning, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Incentive and Compensation Management.


Travel: Position requires up to 20% international travel to various and unanticipated client sites. Telecommuting permitted.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $151,125 to $256,950. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $201,500 to $342,600. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
