Title: Presales Expert – Employee Central Payroll (including Benefits & Time)

           

This role can be based anywhere Globally

 

Purpose & Objectives

Getting paid is one of the best parts of someone’s job! Imagine being the one in control of the Employee Central Payroll demo systems (including Time and Benefits) so that we can showcase it to our potential customers!

 

The candidate will be part of the fun and exciting SuccessFactors HXM Global Presales Demo Experience team.  Leading the Employee Central Payroll (including Time and Benefits) efforts for Demo Experience to create and execute the vision for the most amazing demo experience globally for our Presales colleagues.

 

Expectations & Tasks

  • Drive Employee Central Payroll (including Time and Benefits) strategy into demo configuration globally including:
    • Content
    • Configuration
    • Gamification
    • Enablement
    • Collaboration with Product Management
  • Craft value driven scenarios/stories and enable the presales field to deliver successfully
  • Be accountable for Employee Central Payroll success in demo delivery
  • Tight collaboration with the Employee Central Payroll GTM Chief Expert for alignment
  • Tight collaboration with our Solution Extension partners to ensure these are included in our landscape and scenarios (WorkForce Software, BSI, BenefitFocus)
  • Ensure Payroll, Time & Benefit demo standards are consistently executed across all regions 
  • Global champion representing Payroll, Time & Benefits to the HXM Presales Community within the Global Hub community

 

Main responsibilities include:

  • Support and liaise with GTM, CoE, IVA, and Global PreSales in planning activities to build the customer vision
  • Work with operations and engineering to ensure landscape stability and requirements are met/maintained
  • Design solution landscape with account colleagues and solution specialists that meets digital transformation needs
  • Deliver solution presentations and positioning
  • Research and stay up to date on competitor solutions
  • Engage in marketing and public thought leadership activities
  • Work with presales to develop a demo instance which aligns with the journey, personas, vision map and the overall HXM experience.

 

Skills and Competences

 

  • Deep professional, functional and configuration experience in Employee Central Payroll, Employee Central, Benefits & Time
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with a wide range of cultures, departments, people and partners
  • Strong project planning and execution
  • Ability to share in-depth knowledge and experience with team to enable decision-making and provide innovative solutions to complex business issues
  • Working in an agile project management environment
