The Global Executive TA team is responsible for recruiting the best talent for openings at SAP at Vice President levels and above across every board area and in every European geography. We are looking for an experienced Executive Researcher professional to complete our EMEA/ MEE Team and support the Executive Recruiters in the region. Working at the Executive level you will be responsible to hire the best leaders for SAP and to actively promote SAP in the marketplace as a destination for top leadership talent. We provide an extremely high touch service to all stakeholders in a recruiting process, and we act as an advisor to the hiring manager to help them through the specialist activity of recruiting and act as a custodian for SAP to ensure the right hire is made in line with organizational needs.



The SAP Global Executive Talent Attraction EMEA/ MEE Team is looking for a Executive Researcher. As a member of our team, Executive Researcher will build strong business relationships together with the Executive Recruiter through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to the business. The role focuses on high touch candidate relationship management as well as customer focus and responsiveness in client facing activities. The Executive Researcher is the subject matter expert around in candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.



  • Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source VP level and above candidates that meet the business need
  • Building talent pools for current and future engagements
  • Conduct regular interactions with business in a timely, professional and responsive manner
  • Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies
  • Conduct role briefing with the business and set expectations for the executive recruitment process
  • Use competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidate in presentation and short-list process
  • Excellent candidate relationship management
  • Effectively communicate position opportunity and client value proposition



  • 5+ years’ experience in Executive Recruiting in a corporate environment.
  • Identifying, attracting and selecting passive talent.
  • Track record of Executive level business partnering
  • Knowledge of the technology sector, and core business functions.
  • Knowledge of the competitive landscape for Executive Talent for SAP in your region.
  • Strong track record of consulting with and advising senior clients
  • Deep knowledge of the recruitment market in either a specific geography or functional area relevant to SAP
  • Proven ability to deliver high levels of service to hiring managers and candidates.



  • 7+ years of full cycle recruitment experience
  • 5+ years of HR, finance, marketing, general administration recruitment experience


Base location can be flexible anywhere within EMEA.
