SAP UK are building our capacity to drive our Skills of the Future programmes and continuing our award-winning Placement Programme. This role is a key pillar in supporting our investment in future talent within SAP and our partner ecosystem, through co-ordinating our Placement Programme and expanding our newly launched Apprenticeship programme. You would be responsible for co-ordinating the execution of onboarding of our 2022/23 intern cohort of 60 students from across the UK. As well as supporting the launch, scope and extension of the apprenticeship programme. The apprenticeship programme is a core pillar in our transformation programme with a focus on upskilling of existing talent and hiring of new diverse talent.
What you'll do
- Owning the end-to-end onboarding programme for our Placement Students
- Managing the Apprenticeship Levy Account
- Supporting Learning & Development and Communications Steering Committee Leads on executing activities for the placement programme
- Work with team to qualify external offerings and partnerships
- Partner with HR and Managers on upcoming upskilling programmes.
What you bring
- Experience in early talent programs e.g. Apprenticeship, Placement or Graduate
- Experience with recruitment or learning and development is ideal but not essential
- Excellent communication skills with candidates, internal stakeholders and SAP executives
- Project management experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
