Team Overview 

The role of the Global Demand Center is to develop end-to-end marketing programs that deliver demand to the business. The Global Demand Center teams collaborate with the CMSO teams to identify demand objectives, the Field Marketing teams to validate the demand routes and tactics, and business management teams to determine financial resources to create programs that deliver on the business’s demand needs. 


The Role SEO Analyst 

- Global role focused on analyzing performance of the SEO digital channel  

- Reporting, analysis, insights and optimization recommendations to support Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs)  
- Deep dive SEO performance analysis across Integrated Demand Programs and Web solution areas  
- Trends and benchmark performance  
- SEO channel performance analysis and insights in partnership with IDT Analysts  


Experience & Key skills 

  • Practical business experience in analyzing marketing data 

  • Analytical mindset combined with deep understanding of marketing programs 

  • Very proficient in being able to generate actionable insights that fuel data-driven decision making 

  • Proven experience of using Adobe Analytics, and other SEO focused data driven tools 

  • Experience of upstream and downstream funnel reporting and analysis 

  • Naturally inquisitive, critical thinker, proactive problem-solver and detail-oriented 

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to act independently and responsibly 

  • Team player and relationship builder with strong collaboration skills 

  • Strong presentation, written & verbal communication skills  


 Education and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
