What you`ll do:
Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Cloud Support Operation/ DevOps Engineer supporting the Global Sovereign Cloud Delivery team in laying the foundation towards a unified and competitive business in the regulated industry. Within the newly formed Sovereign Cloud Delivery organization, we are responsible for operating a multitude of SAP solutions according to local certification requirements. We established a small global team, which focuses on standardization and alignment between the various local teams, who will execute their day-to-day activities based on global guidance.
The Role:
You will be part of the global team and hold the ownership of the Support processes.
Being E2E responsible for Incident Management, you will facilitate the case and incident management process and drive the virtual Sovereign Cloud CIM team in co-ownership with the Advanced Secure Support team.
You will be coordinating local and global support stakeholders, such as Sovereign Cloud local Operations, Technology & Engineering, Product Support and LOBs.
You focus on streamlining the cross-location support incl. best practices and continuous improvement.
Besides, you collaborate with the Sovereign Cloud automation team to integrate support relevant topics into SC control plane.
You will strongly cooperate with all stakeholders to pave the way for the future tool and process strategy for all ticketing related processes incl. tools processes (Definition, Request coordination of Dev requirements).
What you bring :
- You have strong analytical skills, are a team player, like proactive networking, have a results and execution focus.
- Broad understanding of ITIL Support processes and skills in process optimization.
- Experience in Cloud Operations would be beneficial.
- You should enjoy being a part of an internationally diverse team, engaging seamlessly with remote teams and stakeholders across different locations. You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and preferably in German
- High quality and customer orientation natively drives you for permanent improvement.
