ROLE DESCRIPTION

 

The mission of HXM SPM Services Delivery team is to deliver structural growth for our HXM services offerings across EMEA/MEE. This needs to be supported by a sustained and highly skilled services workforce able to bring new and innovative ideas to evolve current and historic thinking and approaches. We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant skilled in all aspects of Compensation. The ideal candidate will have experience of SuccessFactors Compensation or SAP SPM (SAP Commissions, T&Q, Workflow, Analytics). Training on the solutions will be provided. As such, the successful candidate will be eager to learn.

 

Overall, the successful candidate will help introduce our SAP HXM solutions to our national and international customers and will take a lead on design and delivery of innovative solutions to facilitate the transformation and evolution of our HXM Pay for Performance solution and services offering.

 

This role can be based anywhere in EMEA/MEE

 

At a high level, you can expect the following tasks:

  • Independent, successful implementation of customer projects based on the SAP / SuccessFactors Compensation and/or SPM implementation methods as well as existing "best practices"
  • Lead scoping workshops for customers
  • Document customer requirements
  • Configuration of SuccessFactors Compensation & SPM solutions
  • Convert business requirements to business process and technical design.
  • Technical implementation of SPM solutions and/or SuccessFactors Compensation using SAP Data integration methods
  • Presales/Sales support
  • Delivery of Value Assurance services in the respective SuccessFactors Compensation/SPM subject areas for SAP partner-led projects

 

Due to the close interlinking of technology and business administration, you can further develop your range of knowledge and activities according to your personal inclinations, for example in the direction of business consulting, IT strategies, project management or sales activities

 

YOUR PROFILE                                               

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCES

  • Preferably technical college or university degree (diploma / bachelor / masters) in IT-related and / or HR-related topics
  • Strong technical acumen with full functional knowledge of Data Integration concepts
  • Communicative and independent way of working including excellent time management, analytical and conceptual strengths, teamwork and customer orientation
  • Resilience as well as the ability to supervise several customer projects in parallel
  • Enthusiasm to continuously familiarize oneself with new topics and a wide range of specialist and technical aspects
  • You prefer a challenging and varied job with plenty of room for ideas
  • Analytical mindset, able to drive root cause analysis for complex problems
  • Strong outcome-based and customer focused mindset
  • Fluent written and spoken English (1 additional European language an advantage)
  • Innovative, confident, convincing and engaging manner

 

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Several years’ experience in the introduction of at least 2 (ideally more) SuccessFactors and/or SPM solutions in the following areas:
  • Solution Architecture, Technology & integration
  • SQL Scripting, Stored Procedures, Oracle/SAP HANA
  • Advanced Data Integration Skills
  • Good understanding of the data models and integration methods in HANA and/or Oracle
  • Strong understanding of the data flow and load using ETL Tools, and defining end-to-end ETL flow and development guidelines. Preferable is Informatica ETL framework development
  • Crystal Reports configuration/development
  • Pay for Performance - Compensation / Variable pay (SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Sales Performance Management)
  • Sales Planning (Territory & Quota)
  • Enterprise Workflow/Business Process Automation
  • Analytics
  • Your project experience ideally already covers the Pay for Performance HXM process area
  • Experience as a lead consultant and ideally also as a solution architect
