Expanding Team

We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled Technology and Business enthusiast and HXM Architecture Expert with a minimum of 5 years of experience within the HCM/HXM domain and with experience implementing SuccessFactors, who want to further develop their skills as a Solution Architect and trusted advisor for one of the world’s most valuable brands.

 

In the role as a Senior HXM Solution Architect you will deliver high impact HXM Architecture services through the full customer life cycle. You will work in close collaboration with the Project Manager and take the lead of the engagement from an architectural side.

SAP’s Intelligent Delivery Group (IDG), our services organization, supports our customers in their digital transformation. We sustain the adoption of SAP software and ensure that our customers can successfully plan, implement, integrate and operate their software, including continuous improvement, quality management, problem solving and knowledge transfer.

 

Expectation and Tasks

Your role involves, but is not limited to, delivery of business and technology architectural advisory services within customer engagements. You are a good problem solver, a creative and innovative thinker and an excellent team player with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment.

The key Engagement Focus Areas are: Architectural Strategies, Platform and Shared Objects, Cross-Module Interactions and Analytics and Planning Alignment.

As per the business needs, which might vary, you will conduct the following tasks:

  • Provide solution architecture advisory services associated with core HR/talent management process, including deployment and optimization efforts.
  • Focus on supporting the definition, implementation and evolution of a customer’s SAP SuccessFactors’ deployment strategy, instance strategy, considering leading practice guidance and architectural dependencies.
  • Specialized expert services requiring specific skill sets for strategic, architectural advice and guidance.
  • Dealing with complex, innovative business models and strategies and/or global/multi-country organizational scope or multiple module implementation.
  • Work together with a group of consultants, including Near Shore and Off Shore consultants on projects and take a lead role for the engagement together with the Project Manager.
  • Organise yourself in a remote working style
  • Travel to customers and SAP meetings as requested

 

Expected Skills

  • Successful completion of Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business information technology, Economics, Informatica, Human Resource or equivalent OR relevant knowledge and experience gained in another way,
  • Technology oriented possessing an aptitude for rapidly learning complex software applications
  • Great communicator, organized, and quick at learning and understanding new technology skills with an aptitude and passion for working with people
  • Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills who is eager to always learn
  • Ability to drill down into technical issues and solve complex and detailed problems
  • Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations and present complex information in a clear and precise manner
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel to customers and work abroad
  • Expectation of 5+ years of experience within the HCM/HXM domain
  • Experienced in implementing one or more of the SuccessFactors modules and/or from the role of a SuccessFactors Solution Architect.

 

Additional information

  • Location – the role is part of EMEA North team and candidate can be located in any country within this region.
  • Language skills: English language fluency mandatory, another language is an advantage.
  • Remote working – role can be performed from home or office location (or hybrid way-of-working) but will require some travel to customers.
