As the Solution Advisor Manager for S/4HANA Finance within the UKI Customer Advisory team, you will lead a team of Solution Advisors supporting the UKI sales organization. Reporting to the Head of Customer Advisory, you will be responsible for enabling your team to deliver compelling solution demonstrations, carry out effective discovery, support customer engagements and act as trusted advisors to our prospects and customers. Your focus will be on coaching, mentoring, and operational execution to ensure the success of your team and the broader sales efforts in the market, in addition to representing SAP as a thought leader in this space.
What you’ll build:
- Lead and mentor a team of experienced Solution Advisors across SAP UKI, fostering professional growth and excellence.
- Partner with sales, service delivery and other stakeholders to design tailored demonstrations that showcase the business value of S/4HANA and the SAP finance portfolio
- Ensure consistent delivery of effective, value-based demos and proof-of-value engagements.
- Establish a strong feedback loop between customers and product teams to shape product priorities.
- Drive adoption of consistent sales methodologies (e.g., Value Selling, Challenger Sale).
- Own the qualification and resource alignment against all engagements in your area in close partnership with the sales leaders.
- Support recruiting efforts and onboarding of new team members.
- Track and report team performance against defined goals and sales targets.
What you bring:
- 10+ years of experience in the software/SaaS industry, including 2-3 years in a presales leadership or senior presales role.
- In depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and core finance processes
- Strong background in enterprise software presales, ideally within the B2B Enterprise SaaS, Cloud and AI space.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop high performing presales professionals.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
- Familiarity with value-based selling methodologies.
- Solid organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
