As an AI Domain Advisor Global, you will play a pivotal role in advancing SAP's AI-driven initiatives by providing strategic guidance and expertise across various domains. This position requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, ethical considerations, and their application in enterprise environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SAP's AI solutions are innovative, impactful, and aligned with the company's ethical standards and business objectives.

 

What you’ll build 

 

  • Strategic Advisory: Provide expert advice on AI strategies, ensuring alignment with SAP's business goals and ethical principles.
  • AI Ethics Coordination: Collaborate with the AI Ethics Office, Steering Committee, and Advisory Panel to oversee high-risk use cases and ensure compliance with SAP's AI Ethics Policy
  • Innovation Enablement: Support the democratization of AI application development by leveraging tools like Project Nova and other state-of-the-art AI technologies to accelerate innovation across SAP's lines of business.
  • Research and Planning: Conduct deep research to identify unique, data-rich opportunities for AI applications, transforming fragmented enterprise data into actionable insights.
  • AI Job Profiles Development: Contribute to the evolution of AI-related job profiles within SAP, ensuring alignment with the Development Functional Area and Data Science Job Family.
  • Generative AI Integration: Facilitate the adoption of generative AI models and workflows, enabling intelligent scenario management and enhancing user experiences.
  • Customer-Centric Solutions: Design and implement AI solutions tailored to SAP's vast business data, ensuring relevance and impact in real-world scenarios.

 

What you bring

 

  • +10 years of experience advising customers on end-to-end processes, and the ability to translate business needs into SAP solution value.
  • Proven expertise in AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
  • Strong understanding of AI ethics and governance frameworks.
  • Experience in strategic planning and innovation within enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with SAP's AI tools and platforms, such as Intelligent Scenario Management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus.

 

Preferred Skills:

 

  • Certifications in Data Science or AI-related fields (e.g., Certified Data Scientist, Machine Learning Specialization).
  • Membership in professional organizations such as ACM or Data Science Society.
  • Experience in customer segmentation, predictive modeling, and sentiment analysis.

 

Position can be filled in both Milan and Rome offices.
