What you’ll do

 

We are excited to present an opening for a Principal Consultant, a pivotal role where you will contribute significantly to providing unparalleled consulting services to our esteemed clients. Your primary responsibility will involve spearheading the evolution of EA Implementation & Adoption offerings tailored for our strategic accounts. As a Principal Consultant, your wealth of experience in project and IT management will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our most critical projects. Your enthusiasm for knowledge sharing will not only guide the team but also contribute to the establishment of excellence in project delivery. Operating as a trusted expert, you will optimize the utilization of SAP LeanIX for clients, showcasing your proficiency in both consulting skills and tool knowledge. This role will work in close alignment with colleagues from Customer Success and Sales in our America offices as well as in EMEA.

  • Join a dynamic team within a rapidly expanding part of SAP, leading projects for globally renown brands
  • Utilize a leading SaaS Solution for Enterprise Architecture Management and Technology Transformation, driving SAP LeanIX rollout for long-term success.
  • Provide strategic guidance on evolving EA and application of EA in a S/4 transformation context
  • Cultivate relationships with clients at the management level, ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Drive expansion of existing accounts, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Mentor and coach colleagues, actively contributing to team development.
  • Work in a multi-project environment
  • Assume ownership of specific topics and actively contribute to the continuous development of our implementation and adoption offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Management teams.

 

What you bring

 

  • Highly motivated team player with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction, unafraid to approach challenges innovatively.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in EA or IT management in an international consulting company
  • Very strong project management skills
  • Knowledge and enthusiasm for modern technologies and architectures (e.g., Cloud, Microservices, Platforms).
  • Understanding of large enterprise IT organizations and processes.
  • Strategic thinker, adaptable to change, and effective in dealing with ambiguity and complexity.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent self-presentation with a calm, professional, and mature attitude.
  • Proficient in English language skills, especially technical vocabulary.

SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 96,100 - 213,000 CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
