JOB DESCRIPTION 

 

As the Subregional lead for Facility Services & Space Management in SAP's Global Real Estate and Facility Organisation, your primary responsibility will be to implement the global framework for facility services at the subregional level. You will ensure the integration of subregional specifics and maintain business continuity.

  • Execute the global framework for facility services and direct related subregional projects.
  • Translate global and regional approaches into tangible subregional and local action plans.
  • Identify subregional and local issues and develop applicable solutions.
  • Manage and track business continuity throughout the subregion.
  • Address subregional problems at the regional levels a required.

 

YOUR PROFILE      

An adept leader with robust project management skills, your extensive experience in facilities and space management equips you to tackle both regional and global issues effectively.

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business Administration, or related discipline (Advanced degrees are preferred).
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities in a matrix organization, coupled with proven project management skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving competencies.
  • In-depth experience in facility and space management.
  • Proven ability to translate global and regional strategies into successful subregional and local projects.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.
  • Location: Canada

SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 111,800 - 251,400 CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
