Expectations and tasks

  • Actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects
  • Performance of feasibility studies solution reviews
  • Performance of quality assurance solution review
  • Taking over responsibility as a SRM team leader in implementation project.
  • Detailed planning of process implementation
  • Define detailed blueprint for development requirements
  • Planning of team members' availability
  • Assignment of tasks to team members;
  • Support, control and review of tasks fulfillment
  • Taking responsibility from time to time as team lead and supports respective line manager(s) in people development tasks
  • Support of pre-sales activities
  • Project Bid support - creation and execution of presentations and demos to clients and partners
  • Development of SAP Consulting solution and service portfolio
  • Support of solution ramp-up (incl. knowledge transfer)

 

Functional Experience

  • Minimum 3-4 years consulting experience in SRM implementation
  • Has been in a team lead role on a major project and has provided mentoring/leadership to others
  • Minimum 3 to 4 End to End implementation project experience in customer facing role.
  • Deep SAP Product Expertise (preferably Techno-Functional) in Materials Management
  • Knowledge of changes in S4HANA Logistics
  • Experience in SAP integration technologies (IDoc, RFC)
  • Project management experience is preferred
  • ASAP methodology and Solution Manager experience is preferred

 

Skills and competencies

  • Strong analytical skills, result-oriented and effectiveness in problem solving
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Team player and ability to work successfully in diverse environments
  • Skill to coordinate team work in order achieve the result in the given time frame

 

Managerial Experience

  • Takes responsibility from time to time as a sub project leader
  • Has performed at least one project as SRM team leader
  • Acts as a coach for colleagues

 

Language Requirements

  • English: intermediate or higher or willingness to learn it fast
  • Russian native fluency
