The Customer Experience (CX) Success and Services team helps our customers and partners manage every phase of project implementation to achieve a faster time-to-market, increased project quality and a better return on their investments. 

The COO Programs & Governance Team was created with the intent to support the entire CX Success & Services organization by “Delivering key programs, projects and governance on behalf of the DBS CX Success & Services COO Office.” 
This team is comprised of senior managers and support specialists committed to this mission and ensuring the success of Global Services and regional ES teams.



•    Management and team lead oversight of key internal programs, projects and activities to ensure their successful development, rollout, and execution.
•    Optimization of Project Management best practices and governance .
•    Support the CX Success & Services teams through successful management and execution of priorityprograms and Projects
•    Align with key stakeholders to ensure program and project success
•    Internal systems maintenance, management reporting and budgeting
•    Knowledge Management (KM) capabilities, such as setting up KM processes to capture and document knowledge, sharing the learning from experiences and projects, ensuring reusability of knowledge, structuring content and coaching others on how to use / manage the knowledge 



•    University degree in computer science, business administration, or comparable education or job experience
•    Previous customer facing experience, preferably working with technical and business personnel or as project manager
•    Highly developed problem solving skills, tenacity, drive, proactive, creativity, sound planning and organizational abilities, strong improvement focus, ability to work in a fast-evolving and fast paced environment. 
•    Excellent presentation skills 
•    Proven C-Level experience and communication skills
•    Very good English language skills (verbal & written)


Required skills
•    Advanced knowledge and demonstrable experience with program and project management best practices
•    Ability to assess and optimize business processes
•    Aptitude to establish and maintain positive and productive working relationships across cross-functional and global teams 
•    Capability to independently assess situations to determine the importance, urgency and impact, and make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organization

Preferred skills
•    Ability to positively influence others and outcomes, to achieve defined program and project goals 
•    Atlassian software experience (Confluence, JIRA, Hipchat) a plus
•    Previous knowledge management experience
•    Awareness and/or experience with the SAP Hybris Portfolio



•    5 – 7+ years program/project management experience leading multiple projects or any combination of related work experience to successfully deliver on the required expectations and tasks
•    Previous SAP CX/Hybris experience is  a plus
