  • Strategic Alignment: Work closely with HR leaders on billable projects, to ensure their HR strategies and technology roadmaps are aligned and supported by SAP SuccessFactors HCM products and our innovation roadmap.
  • Leading practices and benchmarks: Leverage SAP's leading practices and benchmarks as a foundational tool to identify and act on opportunities to enhance the HR function for our customers.
  • Process Mapping & Documentation: Develop comprehensive process maps and document key requirements and change impacts. This information serves as a guiding tool, enabling our clients to effectively implement new processes.
  • Employee Experience: Collaborate with HR teams to design processes that are customer-centric and emphasize positive interactions in every moment that matters.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of the latest HR and business trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to position yourself and SAP as knowledge leaders.
  • Continuous improvement: Play an active role in maintaining and refining SAP's leading practices to ensure they remain relevant and aligned with the dynamic landscape of industry standards.

 

Experience (Role Requirements):

 

  • Consulting Experience: 4+ years of consulting experience, with a profound understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and ideally Employee Central Payroll; Experience within a professional services organization highly preferred
  • HR Expertise: A solid understanding of human resources principles, practices and regulations is essential; This knowledge will enable you to effectively design and optimize HR processes from a global, large enterprise perspective.
  • Business Consulting: Proven leadership skills in running workshops and the ability to influence stakeholders is paramount; Your role will be to drive adoption and integration of new HR processes and changes.
  • Superlative Communication: Excellent communication skills are a non-negotiable; You should be able to articulate complex ideas with clarity, engage both technical and non-technical audiences, and foster a spirit of collaboration.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 102100 - 221700 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
