Purpose & Objective of Position   

The Global Sponsorships team provides SAP with creative and high impact stories based on partners’ use of SAP technology to serve positioning SAP and SAP products and solutions. In addition, our team aims to offer first-class experiences to our customers and stakeholders. Our goal is to run efficiently as a team and ensure support to all team members to deliver effectively in a deadline-oriented environment.   

 

Expectations & Tasks   

This role reports into and serves the integrated storytelling / communications team in Global Sponsorships. Tasks include but are not limited to: 

  • Align with team KPIs to create benchmarks and track the KPIs by digital assets  

  • Creation and updating of property planning documents on a bi-weekly basis 

  • Act as main point of contact for all scheduling and planning requests   

  • Arrange meetings for team managers including coordination of Team Meetings and larger partner and external events  

  • Coordination of travel arrangements, including organizational preparation and booking of travel expenses 

  • Manage cross function projects including stakeholder enablement and strategic initiatives  

  • Update the global sponsorships budget overview document with most recent figures  

  • Collaborate with team leaders to create presentations and documentation to show the holistic view of the global sponsorships team   

  • Update internal customer pipeline dashboard  

  • Conduct bi-weekly property calls with leadership team  

  • Support field communications including Score with Global Sponsorships newsletter 

  • Support the consolidation and reporting of storytelling/digital Marcomm measurements.   

  • Responsible for maintaining and curating relevant content for the GST internal website, digital library, and story calendar. 

 

Skills / Competencies   

  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel. Strong MS PowerPoint is a must.  

  • Active knowledge of Social Media channels: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Tik-Tok, Sprinklr  

  • Language skills: Fluent in English 

  • Soft skills: Organized, detailed driven, responsive, and able to multi-task in a timely manner, strong interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate, strong work ethic and positive attitude, ability to learn quickly be proactive, collect and synthesize information easily

 

Educational Requirements   

Recent graduate, including MBA – preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Sports & Entertainment, Marketing, Communications, and related fields – but MUST have the ability to support this role full-time.   

 

Qualifications

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role.
