What you’ll do

 

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Persona Engagement Analyst

 

Location: Hudson Yards, NY

 

Expected Start Date: May 2025

 

Contract Duration: 6 to 12 months

 

Work Hours: 40 hours per week; Full-time

 

  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Persona Engagement team, working with C-suite personas and professional experts in the procurement line of business
  • Customer Profile and Speaker Bureau webpage creation: Develop and maintain a consistent and structured customer profile collection and Speaker Bureau online site
  • Analytics: Maintain and update the member database, ensuring accuracy and completeness and create and manage the team performance tracker and generate regular businss performance reports
  • Collaborate with team members to create communication materials, including PowerPoint presentations and video contents to promote the Persona Engagement programs and outcomes

Education: Communications, Marketing or related field

 

Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program

 

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva, with experience in graphic and design tools a plus

As an intern, you'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge programs like SAP CPO Think Tank and SAP Spend Savvy developing a CPO profile showcase, researching CPO trends, supporting Persona Engagement senior experts. Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role.
