About the Role:

SAP's Adoption and Success Marketing team has a clear objective to help drive customer success in the cloud through data-driven marketing initiatives. We're focused on supporting customers in their solution purchase and adoption journey while also amplifying their voice and value to foster advocacy and loyalty. The team is looking for a creative, highly-motived, team player to spearhead marketing programs – from strategy to development and implementation. The role reaches across the SAP Services and Support portfolio and intersects with the key SAP product areas. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally and apply a variety of marketing disciplines to achieve objectives. We are a fast moving, data and results driven team with a common mindset – always putting the needs of our customers first.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a product adoption campaign strategy and program planning that leverages the SAP Services and Support offerings, collaborating with portfolio and adoption leads across product areas.
  • Jointly plan and execute marketing campaigns with adoption marketing and integrated demand teams across digital platforms, email, and events to deliver on company-wide customer retention objectives.
  • Determine SAP Services and Support adoption-focused content needs, support development and localization, and identify opportunities for content syndication.
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Portfolio Management, Customer Success, Customer Service and Delivery, Sales, Product Engineering, and Learning to drive key initiatives forward.
  • Partner with data analysts to collect and utilize customer usage insights to identify key customer cohorts for targeted campaign segmentation.
  • Represent team on global marketing initiatives to ensure the SAP Services and Support portfolio and the adoption marketing function are included in the latest corporate marketing innovations and initiatives.
  • Own special projects to strategize / pilot / implement new systems, processes, capabilities, and measurement strategies.
  • Develop, track and report on campaign progress and effectiveness tied to KPIs, providing recommendations for optimization.

 

Skills/Competencies:

  • Minimum 8 years of B2B or B2C digital, high-tech marketing experience, SAAS experience a plus
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools and their application for adoption programs
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience successfully working across global, cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in developing content strategies, marketing content plans and executing marketing programs (ideally in the post-sale/adoption space)
  • Familiarity with multiple digital channels and their applicability within a marketing plan
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communicator with excellent writing and storytelling skills, and comfortable presenting to and working with all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and stay on time, within budget.

 

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 99,000 - 216,000(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
