PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES


In Total Rewards we are responsible for one of the most important balance sheets of a company: What an employee gives to the company and what one gets back in return. 
The Total Rewards Experience Design team focuses on providing an exceptional experience and opportunity for all our people, enabling close collaboration between different business areas as well as global, regional and local teams as we believe in the power of cognitive diversity.  
We are looking for a Variable Pay Experience Design Co-Lead in Bangalore, who is passionate about creating the best experiences for our people and who loves to drive impactful projects of strategic importance. 

 

TASKS AND EXPECTATIONS


·    You are part of cross-functional compensation plan design activities and work hand in hand with experts from other areas to design and roll-out compensation plans which are most meaningful for SAP’s employees.
·    You easily connect the dots between different topics for even greater experiences of our people. 
·    You are very strong in creating and executing on complex and global communication plans.
·    You love authentic writing, and you can turn complex content into empathetic communications, outlining the value for the recipient. 
·    You design to the point enablement materials for all our stakeholders (employees, leaders, HR and TA) 
·    Your material and communication design are based on the voice of our people (data-driven). 
·    You like to bring in innovation and don’t shy away from challenging change processes. 
·    You are a true co-creator, and you know that the best results come from cognitive diversity. 

 

WORK EXPERIENCE / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES


·    Experience in Sales, Communication or international HR. 
·    Total Rewards and Variable Pay experience is a plus.    
·    Expertise in translating highly complex topics in simple employee communications and enablement materials.
·    Ability to structure complex topics and build clear storylines    .
·    Relentless focus on achieving the best for our customers.
·    Experience in managing international and cross-functional projects or rollouts.
·    Experience and enthusiastic about agile co-creation and project management.
·    Outstanding problem-solving skills in an agile and dynamic environment.    
·    Fluent in English.
