PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Premium Hub Center of Expertise (CoE) is an SAP Customer Success delivery unit division. Our mission is to deliver world-class engineering services to support SAP’s strategic customers.

Premium Hub CoE provides premium services to SAP’s largest customers operating on the most complex SAP landscapes. We interact with individuals at every level of the customer’s organization, from subject matter experts to executives, to meet the customer’s needs. The premium hub CoE consultant role is demanding and requires passionate individuals with strong technical expertise and excellent analytical and communication skills. In this role, you will be tasked with planning, architecting, analyzing, optimizing, prototyping, and safeguarding our customers’ SAP solutions. You will provide essential services and mission-critical support to help SAP customers realize their digital transformation agenda and ensure business continuity during solution implementations. You will also oversee the smooth operation of SAP software and the optimal technical performance of all business processes.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

Data management is a key focus and a strategic area for customers who are digitally transforming their businesses. SAP business applications are a powerhouse of superior-quality data sets, and these data sets play a crucial role in deriving critical business insights.  Data Management has various subdomains, and in this role as a consultant, you will be responsible for planning, analyzing, optimizing, and safeguarding SAP solutions in the data integration domain. You will focus on getting data in and out of SAP systems and integrating it into third-party databases, data lakes, and data warehouse platforms.

WORK EXPERIENCE

You must have a strong SAP technical background and interest in data integration topics.

You should have a strong understanding of more than one of those tools, such as SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server (SLT), SAP Data Services, SAP Smart Data Integration (SDI), and SAP Data Intelligence (DI). Winning candidates should have a strong technical focus and the ability to learn on the job quickly. ABAP programming, Python Programming, and PySpark knowledge are a plus. You should have a prior experience of 1 – 3 years in relevant SAP technologies.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

•  Bachelor’s Degree or above in IT/ Computer Science/ Physics/Mathematics/Engineering or a related discipline

•  Excellent customer focus, teamwork, and adaptability

•  Fluency in written and spoken English

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 66, 800 - 149,300 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
