Job Title: Business Processes Principal Consultant

Location: Newtown Square, PA

 

Purpose and Objective: 

SAP America, Inc. seeks a Business Processes Principal Consultant at our Newtown Square, PA location to establish and manage long-term engagement relation between the customer and SAP along all LACE phases.

 

Expectations and Tasks:

Address each LACE phase to identify innovation potential. Plan the solution design and transformation. Provide advisory and safeguard the execution and operation. Increase the customer lifetime value. Improve the customer satisfaction. Foster the successful adoption of SAP Solutions and protect the SAP Brand. Develop technical and application knowledge new capabilities to provide solution advisory and to build strategic partnerships with key decision makers in customer and partner organizations and within SAP. Represent SAP towards the customers and lead in execution of projects. The COE Expert supports regional sales and solutioning centers to build customer specific engagement proposals and to position these proposals to customers. Develop the engagement and establish an Engagement Roadmap premium engagement contract. Execute E2E transformation projects. Responsible for the outcomes of complex, innovative, and business critical programs. Integrate client strategic business goals. Lead industrialization and automation of projects. Build and lead collaborations with SAP development units to improve SAP products.  Lead the resolution of critical customer situations, production downs and escalations.

 

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field of study and 7 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation. The Company will also accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field of study and 5 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

 

Work Experience:

Experience must involve 5 years in the following:

  • ABAP Development;
  • SAP Netweaver Process Orchestration;
  • SAP Integration Suite;
  • SAP Application Interface Framework;
  • Technical Integration of SAP Retail solution, SAP Financial Services solution and SAP S/4HANA; and
  • SAP Master Data Management.

 

Travel: Position requires up to 30% domestic travel to various and unanticipated client sites. Telecommuting permitted.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $125,133 - $198,560. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $146,000 - $248,200. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
